gorgeous

i am in hawaii. i can't wait to start writing all my experiences. i am a 2 min walk from the temple and about 100 yards from the beach. i felt like i walked into a calender. its beautiful. i love it here. i didnt think i would this much... i mean everyone loves hawaii. but i can see why now. its beautiful. there is such an awesome feeling in the air and i love it. today i woke up and went down to the beach, walked with ma for a bit than just sat and stared at a sand crab come in and out of his house. they are fast lil creatures, ghost like as they blend in with the sand. walked a bit more and met bill and his close friends dog ally-ally. she is a cute black lab, but shorter legs. i am thinking she is some kind of mix. we played with her ball for a bit while bill and my mom talked. we had some quality good time. i really needed it. walked back on my own and came home to spam and eggs. yummy! our friends we are staying with are absolutely amazing. i love to watch their 4 kids interact with eachother. the oldest kai, i taught for a bit in primary such a good heart. so nurturing and smart! julia the littlest, 14 months, is beautiful. i Love to just watch her. it feels good to be here. here to figure out some hard stuff but glad i am here in hawai'i to do it. i hope to learn to surf this trip, see some waterfalls and snorkel. anywho, i am going to go take a short nap before i get ready for church. i'll add some pictures when i get home. ps. its humid, so weird. haha. much love, sonya.
